We understand that life happens. Sick children, unexpected emergencies, last-minute changes, and other situations can make it difficult to attend your reservation.

Because escape room reservations are reserved specifically for your group and time slot, last-minute cancellations can prevent us from filling that spot with another group. As a small, family-owned business, these cancellations significantly affect us.

Here’s our cancellation policy:

1- All purchases are final. There are no refunds.

2- Moving your game with at least 1 day’s notice is FREE. You may move your reservation to another available date and time without an additional fee, subject to availability.

3- Same-day cancellations or requests to move your game will receive a 50% credit toward a future reservation.

4- No-shows are not eligible for a credit or game move.
