We want to clarify that our cancellation policy is not designed to penalize anyone who cannot attend. We understand that life happens: from Covid to sick children or last-minute babysitter cancellations, we’ve heard it all. Please keep in mind that escape room reservations are just that—reservations. If you don’t show up or attempt to cancel at the last minute, we typically cannot fill that time slot with another group. Unlike restaurants, we don’t have walk-in guests looking for a table. As a small, family-owned business, cancellations significantly affect us.

Here’s our cancellation policy:

1. **There are absolutely no refunds. All sales are final.** You may reschedule within specific guidelines.

2. **You can reschedule your booking without any additional fee with three days' notice.**

3. **If there’s even a slight chance you may not make your booking but still want to reserve a specific time, use the hold room deposit to secure it.** We will honor a reschedule with three days' notice. Please note that there will be no credits or rescheduling options within 3 days of your reservation if you only paid the deposit.

4. ** $50.00 fee- less than 3 days notice 

5. ** $39.00 fee- Weekday-Same day cancellation or reschedule.

6. ** $69.00 fee- Weekend and holidays-Same day cancellations or rescheduled.
